RECLAIMED BEAMS

Oak and pine timbers have been the most important part of building structures for hundreds of years, and for thoes continuing the tradition we stock a fantastic range of oak and pine beams salvaged from barns and other historic buildings.

The majority of our beams have seen at least 100 years service, and in many cases have outlived the building itself. The beams are selected to give instant character to renovation, conservation or new build projects.

The majority of our beams are used for purely cosmetic purposes, although they can also be used structurally. If used structurally, it is important that a qualified engineer approves and reclaimed timber that could effect the integrity of the building.
