Smoked Oak is the flagship of Cawardens range of products.
Available in widths from 90mm- 200mm and machined to the
very highest quality, each board is mechanically burnt and
brushed giving an instantly aged effect. Available in a light,
medium and dark finish, this spectacular product can look as
though it was laid decades earlier. A truly stunning floor.
Cawarden Character Oak
Cawarden Character Oak is the most popular product in the
Cawarden range of solid oak flooring and as its name suggests
is full of character, giving this board beautiful visual aspects and
variety throughout. This grade incorporates sound Knots from
20mm-60mm in diameter.
Cawarden Wide Character Oak
Machined to the same high quality as Character Oak, Wide
Character Oak is available in widths from 200mm-300mm,
making this one of the most stunning in our range.
Cawarden Select Oak
This grade is hand selected for consistency
and quality, giving the finished floor a
crisp, clean and uniform appearance.
Once again machined to the highest
quality, no shakes or knots above 20mm
are present, making this product equally at
home in a modern loft apartment or in an
18th century manor house.
Cawarden Resawn Pine
By machining 100 year old beams and
joists Cawarden produce a high quality
tongue and groove board, that provides
a floor which is easy and swift to install
whilst retaining its antique quality.

Engineered Oak Flooring
Oak top layer bonded with high quality ply to provide a non shrink or warp solution to flooring subjected to underfloor heating issues or high humity contitions. The flooring is incredabley hard wearing giving decades of service, then if required sanded and refinished or restained to match changes in decoration to provide many more years of service.
This not only ensures the timber continues to appear clean and fresh, but also means the stain can be altered to suit changes in decorating for many years to come.
